这次访谈的主人翁是Mandarin Inn的汉语教师 Leo。拥有5年多，一线教学经历的他，今天将分享给我们一些教学秘诀和心得。让我们来看看今天的访谈内容吧！ 1. 请简单的介绍一下自己，例如毕业的学校和您的职业经历。 毕业于四川外国语大学，主修英语辅修日语 2. Leo老师教授过很多国家的学生，尤其是印度学生，很多喜欢一家子一起上课，您觉得这种形式的小班课的教学挑战点在哪里呢？ 在小班课里，学生的水平各不相同，但是好在可以做小组练习，这也其优点。印度学生比较喜欢上家庭组课，那就需要先照顾到小朋友，因为小朋友注意力比较难以集中，需要重复练习多次。上课期间压缩词语，大人掌握比较快可以多讲句型，总之，要适当兼顾不同学生的特点来调节和组合上课的形式和内容，对于教师充分备课和临场应变能力要求很高。 3. 作为一名已经有5年教学经验的资深老师，可以聊聊，在您的教学生涯中有什么令您感到难忘的事情嘛？ 收获挺多的，但是难忘的是Culture-shock， 欧美学生因文化的多元化，所以在面对东方文化时会有不同的反应，比如说人民广场的相亲角，每次谈论这个话题都是乐趣十足，大部分学生觉得人广这个地方很魔幻，去过的有人觉得目瞪口呆，有人觉得不可思议，毕竟嫁娶在传统中国文化中一直都有涵盖各个方面，有时候一两句话真不好让人理解。 4. 现在在线课也是越来越普遍，您觉得线上和线下课的上课形式对于老师的要求有何不同呢？ Online上课又方便又高效，但是一定要网络稳定、环境安静，可以提前试音在线等候。 Face to face 时可以根据学生的情况做词汇卡片，除了复习巩固学过的语音和语法，还能作为一种互动的游戏，让学生在玩乐中学好中文。 5. 如果遇到经常缺课或迟到的学生，您是如何应对的呢? 如果学生是因为工作原因可以适度灵活，但是经常缺课的话，那势必会影响到学习的成效。通常我会在下一次上课前后找机会和学生聊聊近期的学习计划和遇到的实际困难。让学生了解到持续学习的重要性，同时也可以根据他实际的情况做一些教学计划的调整。总之，保持积极沟通是最重要的。 6. 对于学生，您有什么学习汉语的秘诀或心得可以传授的吗？ 多听多说多练。多听课本配套的音频进行慢速发音练习，上课时多说句子，组课时多练对话，如果有汉语基础或者长居魔都的学生，不妨挪到日常生活的超市、便利店让学生试着开口说，实际场景的对话练习是帮助学生快速提高汉语水平的绝佳办法。 7. 您平时的兴趣爱好是什么，您觉得您的兴趣爱好有帮助于您的教学吗？ 去博物馆，上海的博物馆太多了，各种展，从博物馆和展览上可以了解到多元的文化，大部分展览会以主题表达出人们的情感，方便时可以在里面听讲解。只有通过自己更深入得学习中华文化才能作为一根有内容的数据线来向外国学生传输我们真正的文化内涵。 8. 作为一名对外汉语教师，您是怎么看待这个职业的未来发展呢？ 这是个很有意义的工作，除了教授语音语法句型，也是在做文化的对话和交谈，所以我非常看好这个职业，相信未来随着国家在世界地位的不断提升，会获得更多的契机。 9.作为Mandarin Inn的老师，您最喜欢这里哪一点？给校长提点建议吧~ Mandarin Inn 氛围很好，出行方便，虽然身处前法租界的地段，但是附近网红店数不胜数，学校自身也有种新老交替的历史文化交融感。没有什么特别的建议。 10.最后，请简单总结一下您的教学理念！ 教学相长，从学语音到开口说话，这个过程学生不仅每次在进步，作为老师也在提升自己适应不同人的发音，以及教授汉语和文化对话的技巧。 你也想成为对外汉语老师吗？关注Mandarin Inn公众号了解更多信息！ 号外号外！即将开放的《国际中文教师证书》试听课程为 8月27日和30日上午10:00或下午1:30，快快扫描下方试听二维码报名参加吧！
