On that day, <strong>8 German ladies<\/strong> participated. All of them are new in China and very interested in <strong>Chinese food<\/strong> and <strong>food culture<\/strong>. Through the teaching and guidance of Teacher Sophia, they learned Chinese and understood Chinese food culture in practical situations. They not only enjoyed delicious food, but also practiced oral Chinese in dining circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/user-assets.sxlcdn.com\/images\/1032917\/FqG7x9BJYWLz65xWQVVbkPNUu6XU.JPG?imageMogr2\/strip\/auto-orient\/thumbnail\/1200x9000%3E\/quality\/90!\/interlace\/1\/format\/jpeg\" alt=\"broken image\" title=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e9\u4e0a\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u6765\u5230 Mandarin Inn \u6c47\u5408\uff0c\u6536\u5230\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u7cbe\u5fc3\u51c6\u5907\u7684<strong>\u53cc\u8bed\u83dc\u5355<\/strong>\uff0cSophia\u8001\u5e08\u4ee5\u6b64\u4e3a\u6559\u5b66\u6750\u6599\u5c55\u5f00\u6559\u5b66\uff0c\u751f\u52a8\u5177\u4f53\u5730\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u57fa\u672c\u8bcd\u6c47\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u975e\u5e38\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u548c\u63d0\u95ee\uff0c\u5728\u8f7b\u677e\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u4e0b\u5b66\u4e60\u4e86\u5982\u4f55<strong>\u63cf\u8ff0\u83dc\u80b4\u7684\u53e3\u5473<\/strong>\u3001<strong>\u70f9\u996a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong>\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e0e\u70b9\u83dc\u76f8\u5173\u7684<strong>\u5b9e\u7528\u53e5\u578b<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the morning, everyone met at Mandarin Inn and received well prepared teaching materials, including a <strong>Chinese-English menu<\/strong> and a handout. Teacher Sophia vividly introduced some basic vocabularies and received many interesting questions from the audience. Xijia garden restaurant is the \u201cclassroom\u201d for the day. In the restaurant, they practiced <strong>ordering in Chinese<\/strong> and learned more about <strong>ordering rules<\/strong>, such as the combination of meat and vegetables, no repeated ingredients and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/user-assets.sxlcdn.com\/images\/1032917\/FiKJIl0PAowNkb-FWHSjNyJUULb-.JPG?imageMogr2\/strip\/auto-orient\/thumbnail\/1200x9000%3E\/quality\/90!\/interlace\/1\/format\/jpeg\" alt=\"broken image\" title=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u7528\u9910\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cSophia\u8001\u5e08\u548cKaren\u8001\u5e08\u8fd8\u5411\u5927\u5bb6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684<strong>\u7528\u9910\u793c\u4eea<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7b77\u5b50\u7684\u7981\u5fcc\uff0c\u5e72\u676f\u7684\u793c\u4eea\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meal, Teacher Sophia and Karen also introduced Chinese <strong>dining etiquette<\/strong>, such as the taboos of chopsticks and the etiquette of toasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u8fb9\u4eab\u7528\u7f8e\u5473\u7684\u83dc\u80b4\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u7684\u6c14\u6c1b\u975e\u5e38\u653e\u677e\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u5f88\u4eab\u53d7\u8fd9\u6b21\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e5f\u5f88\u559c\u6b22\u8fd9\u6837\u201c\u5728\u7528\u4e2d\u5b66\uff0c\u5728\u5b66\u4e2d\u7528\u201d\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone enjoyed the delicious dishes while learning and communicating.
